Btw - the mood swings are normal for niccotine withdrawls. Cry if you feel like it, take deep breaths, stretch, take a walk - I did pushups everytime I wanted one - write in a journal, talk to a friend. Maybe even have someone that you can call everytime you feel you may break down and smoke.
