"Quitting smoking is easy. I've done it a thousand times." - Mark Twain
19 hours and counting since I smoked last....
Whenever I want to smoke in the future I am going to think back to today. I will never put myself through this again. My body has been screaming for nicotine all day long.
Even though today has been hard, I am kind of looking at this as a challenge.
During round one I made it 78 days.
There will not be a round 3.

Yeah!!!! You have almost made it through your first day as a non-smoker. Stay strong my friend.
The average person tries to quit smoking 8 times before they are done. EIGHT times! You are doing a great job Caroline. I remember all the times my dad tried to quit. It was hard stuff.

You're gonna KO it in this round. :)
You can do it just keep telling your self whale vomit
Good for you--just an hour at a time and you'll soon be a non-smoker again.
I quit for good more than ten years ago. It was hard. I chewed nicorette a little bit, and whenever I had the urge to smoke, I drank water and did sit ups. I am the only person I know who lost ten pounds while quitting smoking. I gained it all back and then some a few years later, but I haven't had a cigarette since January 1998.
You can do it!!
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
THAT'S the spirit Caroline! You can do it!
In the event of a serous craving I find Crest White Strips help. They whiten your teeth PLUS they keep you occupied for long enough for the craving to pass.
You can do it!!
