Do you remember this commercial? I feel that if I did fall down I would not be able to get back up.
My back is still hurting and I just rearranged my schedule so I could leave at noon. I was up at 2am this morning because of my back. So if any of you noticed me being on your blog at 2am, that is why.
I have this cream at home called BioFreeze which works really well. It's kind of like IcyHot, but so much stronger. I call BioFreeze "IcyHot on steroids". Do you think it would hurt if I took a bath in it? :)

Um it might hurt your nether regions if you bathed in it!!!
I hope you feel better quickly Caroline back troubles really suck.
I wouldn't bathe in it, since, as Patti said, it could cause issue in your nether regions.
Hope you feel better soon.
Uh ... YEAH!!! But put a ton of it on the back!! Do you have any muscle relaxers? If so take one and go to bed! If you don't, then use some Tylenol or ibuprofen or something like that. A strong dose. Go to bed, sleep!!!
Do you know cat stretches? You get on your hands and knees and arch your back up like a cat and then gently arch it down the opposite way, back and forth. My chiropractor recommended those. It also helps if I lie on my back and hold my knees up in the air and kind of rock side to side to massage the lower back. My back pain is gone since I'm not pregnant anymore, but I feel for you!
I love bio freeze. I carry stress in my shoulders and when I am stressed the muscles will ball up in a knot - bio freeze is the only thing I found that will give me relief. Feel better soon.
