I am so excited because our countdown is now below 100. In just 91 days Laura and I will be sitting in these two chairs getting some much needed sun and rest. This is a picture from the resort we will be staying. They have a private beach just for our resort. And the other cool thing. We checked the availabality at our resort (there is just 10 cottages total) and we are the only ones there during the week we are there. Wouldn't that be wonderful to have the entire beach to ourselves. I simply can't wait!!

Now you all see why we were so upset and disappointed in October when we had to postpone our trip due to the hurricane. Luckily our resort suffered very minor damage.

With two little ones running around it will be a while before my sweets and I get to take a romantic vacation. A while? Yeah...like 18 years.....maybe longer since we'll have college to pay for. *sigh*

I went to the Keys about six years ago and loved 'em! I definitely want to go back someday.

teena--i have never been to the keys and neither has laura. We are hoping we have found a get away place for just us
zoe--yes you can kayak there. infact, I think our resort has kayaks you can rent
