Randomness

Thank you all for your awesome comments in my last post. It really makes me happy that so many of you are happy for me and this happiness I have found. It's because of each of you that I was able to make it through the last 18 months. When I think back to everything that has happened in the last 18 months my head literally spins. One quote that helped me get through everything is: Sometimes you have to lose to win.

I have lost a lot in the last 18 months and I had many days where I asked God why he was punishing me. But I kept telling myself (with help from you guys) that my reward would be better then anything I could imagine. And everyone was right! My reward came to me last month and she is better and more beautiful then what I could have ever hoped for.

Isn't it amazing how one moment can change everything. When you know, you just know.

So the other day I was surfing the Internet and I found what I want to buy Sophie if I ever win the lottery:

Isn't this the greatest thing. I actually think this house is bigger then my current apartment. You should check out this cool website of designer dog houses.

Look, this one even has a pool!!!!!
These houses even come with AC and heat.

The rain from Gustav has moved in. It has rained literally all day. I was actually cold today. Love, love, love this weather. It's time to start the official countdown for the first snowfall.

I love that dog house! I need something like that for Fred! But it would have to fit inside my house.

Sophie would be in doggie heaven! She could come and go as she pleased, and when the outside got too cold or hot she could retreat to the luxury of her own place! Besides all that, you wouldn't gripe about her tracking in the snow or mud or anything! LOL! Yeah, she NEEDS that!

Snow! OK! Hey, can you put one of those counters to count how many days till then? that would be fun to watch. Hey, I wonder who will have snow first, you or me? :D
