I called the vet 2 times yesterday, but she was too busy to talk. They told me she would call after the office closed with the results, but I received no call. I am a little upset because with it being a long weekend, I have to wait until Tuesday now. I would think if the results were bad then she would have called. Sophie is feeling a lot better. She no longer has diarrhea and seems to be back to her normal self. Yesterday she was chasing the cats again, which is always a sign that she is OK.
Susan is here and we are having a great time. We went out to dinner last night and she met one of my friends. The fact that I am introducing her to my close circle of friends means this is serious. You have to be pretty special to be introduced to my friends.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

I would also think that they would have called you if it were serious.
I hope your weekend is great!
I would express my upset when you talked to someone on tuesday but I agree if it was serious they would have called.
Glad you are enjoying your weekend!!
If she's acting better, I bet she's going to be OK. I hope so. My vet gave me his home number when Little Man was sick -- I thought that was so nice!
Why do critters always get sick over three-day weekends, why?? It does sound like Sophie ate something that made her ill, fingers crossed that it has run it's course. That's wonderful that she's feeling a bit more playful, a good sign.
I'm glad Soph is better. I agree that the vet would have called if it were serious. It's irritating and all, but I just don't think it would have been pushed aside if it were something big.
It's good to hear you're having a fun weekend. It's been a long time coming!!
Glad it was a good week-end and you got good news on Sophie~
